8 x 11 inches, watercolor with gouache, 2008 I painted this today (24th April) - it's a portrait of my partner Mike and I with our cat Tom and dog Ziggy. It's a present for Mike's birthday tomorrow. I got him to pose for the photo I used by telling him an old friend had been in touch after many years and wanted to see a picture of us, which is sort of true LOL. Of course getting the animals to sit still was a bit of a nightmare but it all worked out in the end
Happy Birthday to Mike! ^-^ The animals are really adorable in this, and you both look so sweet. :3 Have fun at the birthday party and eat lots of cakee!

Incredible. It remeinds me of the one you did of Mike in the tub, which was the first piece of your work I ever saw! Tell Mike Happy Cake Day and that I think he looks good in his birthday suit or otherwise. You look quite a fetching couple!

Human tails? Humans don't have tails. They have big, big bottoms that they wear with bad shorts. They walk around going, "Hi, Hellen"!
